Light source flicker？

There are many reasons for this phenomenon. First, replace the lamp. If this problem still exists after replacement, it may be a circuit problem. Check whether the line interface is in good contact and deal with it in a timely manner

Flashing lamp cap？

This may be due to poor line contact, battery power loss, and a serious drop in storage capacity. If all these are OK, the battery is broken and needs to be replaced

Short lighting time？

If the rainy day lasts short. It is generally caused by the decrease of the storage capacity of the battery and the insufficient electricity in the storage tank. Replace the battery.

Solar street lamp light source is not fully lit

Check whether there is a problem with the quality of the LED light source and the faulty soldering of the lamp beads. If there is a problem, replace it. If there is no problem, it may be that there is insufficient sunlight at the installation site. The overall configuration of the lamp is unreasonable.

The whole solar street lamp doesn't work？

Solar street lamps are used for outdoor lighting, so they usually encounter high temperature and rainy, low temperature weather and other environments. The solar street lamp controller is usually installed in the lamp pole, which is easy to cause short circuit between water and the controller. First, check whether there is a problem with the terminal of the controller. If the controller is damaged, check whether there is voltage and current output when the battery panel works normally. If there is no output, replace the battery panel.

What is your delivery time?

It depends on the order quantity. Usually, it takes about 7-10 days after receiving the small deposit. Bulk ordering takes 20-25 days (more than 10,000 pieces per watt).

Do you have a minimum order quantity requirement? Can you accept mixed goods for FCL orders?

We have low MOQ requirement for 100pcs. We prefer you can mix items for FCL order for save both side cost.

How long will it take after placing an order?

Depends on the order volume. We will ship most wholesale orders within 7 days of receiving payment.
